July already?

Can you believe we're already into July?! While meandering through my own version of heaven on earth named Hobby Lobby last week, I experienced mixed feelings seeing all the Christmas merchandise replacing the clearanced garden decor. Those that know me know I love Christmas with a nearly fanatical passion, BUT seeing all the red and green glittery goodness causes me a bit of panic because I want things to be a certain way when the season starts...and things aren't there yet! lol

I went to the doctor earlier this week and was asked to come back in 4 months. That's not that far away so imagine my surprise when the receptionist gave me a November date. NOVEMBER is just four months away?? How on earth did that happen?

Of course, that puts me into panic mode, thinking about getting "this" done and "that" ordered before the Fall season makes an appearance. THEN it hit me - September is just TWO months away. *gasp* That's when my tart sales really start to pick up and I love every second of it. I hope this year will be the best one yet!

I've been able to put up several new tart listings on Bonanzle over the last couple days and it feels great to get back in the swing of things. I tried reorganizing my stock today but it seemed the more I dug, the further away from being finished I became. Isn't that how it always works, though? I'm sure it goes without saying, I now have a bigger mess than I would've had if I'd just left everything alone. Eh, what's the fun in that?!
